Our Surgical Team

Our board-certified Plastic Surgeons at the Headwaters Plastic Surgery received specialized training in reconstructive, hand & upper limb, and cosmetic surgery at the Schulich School of Medicine, Western University, in London Ontario. Dr. Greer-Bayramoglu established the plastic surgery division at Headwaters Health Care Centre in 2014 and is joined by Dr. Ashley Kim and Dr. Geoff Masschelein. The plastic surgery division serves the greater Headwaters region by providing both reconstructive and trauma care for local patients.

It is a surgical specialty involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body, either for the treatment of injury or for cosmetic reasons. Our goal is to restore or improve the body’s function with your unique concerns in mind.

Hand & Upper Limb Surgery

The Headwaters Health Care team, which includes our team of plastic surgeons, nurses and occupational therapists will provide a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan for your hand or upper limb injury. We treat common issues such as carpal tunnel, trigger finger, Dupuytrens Disease, and hand arthritis as well as more complicated traumatic tendon, nerve, bone and soft tissue injury and disease.

Reconstructive Surgery

We provide expertise in reconstructive surgery for both men and women. Common reconstructive procedures include breast reduction surgery; breast reconstruction after lumpectomy or mastectomy; burn care and reconstruction; and removal of both simple and complex skin cancers while striving to maintain a similar pre-cancer appearance, which is of particular importance on the face.

Our cosmetic clinic is managed by a team of plastic surgeons who can provide surgical and non-surgical options for your needs. As plastic surgeons, we specialize in many procedures such as breast augmentation, body contouring, and cosmetic lumps and bumps.
